We keep what an order needs and nothing else.
- What Stripe holds
Your card details, and your billing address. They go to Stripe's own checkout page and never touch this site.
- What we hold
Your name, your email address, the address the guitar ships to, what you ordered and what you told us about how you play. It stays until the guitar is with you and the warranty is up.
- Visit counting
Blind John's Guitars uses its own first-party analytics to understand which pages bring people here and whether they get in touch. Nothing is stored on your device until you choose to allow it, and declining leaves the site working exactly the same.
What it records is the event — a visit, an enquiry — not who you are. It does not use advertising cookies, and no data is sold or shared with advertising networks.
- What we don't do
No analytics that follow you round the internet. No list you didn't ask to be on.
- Asking
Email and we'll tell you what we have, or delete it.
- Dated
9 September 2026. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies.
